The first tropical cyclone this year developed in the Western North Pacific
The first tropical cyclone of the year named Neoguri has been
developed in the South China Sea of the western North Pacific. Its
current intensity is in the category of Tropical Storm. It is
forecasted to intensify in the next 24 hours, and move northwest to
north-northwest,

Attention in Europe because potentially
the greatest snowfall of the winter of 2008 will come with strong
depression which is expected to fall from Greenland and place in Germany
generating strong winds descending from higher latitudes. The dimensions
